Thanks for joining me on Substack. For more than three decades, I have worked as a gastroenterologist in Cleveland, Ohio, where I have watched the medical profession transform and consolidate. For 16 of those years, I have chronicled these evolutions on my personal blog, MD Whistleblower, which I have also used as a forum to opine on a wide variety of topics within the field. In keeping with the times, I’m now bringing the blog to Substack. I hope you’ll follow along here and perhaps even share your thoughts in the comments section. I relish a healthy debate, so if I say something you disagree with, by all means chime in. And if you simply want to applaud my airtight logic, well, I certainly won’t object to that either.
